Come here to get hyped about this exciting weekend program! We’ll cover the basics including how to navigate the student guide, find links for classes and expectations during classes. We’ll also be here to answer any questions you might have. You’ll also have a chance to get to know some of the other gifted students you’ll be seeing over the weekend! In celebration of Tau Day, we’ll also explore why Tau is actually a superior alternative to Pi!

Play party games with gifted peers! We run a variety of engaging and high energy games, typically through Jackbox Games based on what people are interested in. This is a wonderful opportunity to have fun while engaging with gifted peers in a low-stress setting, building valuable social skills, and making lifelong friendships!

Come learn about mechanics (how objects move, accelerate, deaccelerate, etc.) through beyblades! We'll also watch some fun clips along the way

Sample bits of cryptographic history, test your cipher cracking skills, and learn new ways to keep secrets. Come check out monoalphabetic substitution, transpositions, and some sneaky steganography. Wii csy mr gpeww!

Come learn what goes on inside a nuclear reactor! We'll talk about the physics behind how it produces energy, how we control this energy and keep it safe, and how to do useful things with it!

Attend sessions taught entirely by gifted students for gifted students! Learn about the fascinating topics your peers are interested in and get to share your own hyperfixations in a supportive environment! This is a student favorite and was highly requested for this program.

In this class, we’ll explore the basics of Earth’s climate and answer why it’s hot where it’s hot, why it’s wet where it’s wet, why the jet stream exists, and more! We’ll also discuss some awesome free tools you can use to better understand the climate and weather on Earth.

We’ll discuss topics such as solar radiation, hydrostatic balance, geostrophic balance and rotation, the Hadley cell, and more.

Join us for an unforgettable trivia night hosted by gifted education expert Matt Benet! Test your knowledge across a spectrum of quirky and challenging categories, and compete for a variety of fun and unexpected prizes. Come for the trivia, stay for the fun, and enjoy an evening of brainy camaraderie!

The Closing Ceremony will be a fun celebration of the highlights of the weekend, topped off with a surprise announcement! We’ll then play games with everyone based on what people are interested in.
